Invespire Startup Management provides services on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our mentorship or training programs. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. The courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
